We collect the information necessary for the platform to function:
Contact information (Email, Name).
Training data (Loads, RPE, Volume, Notes).
Progress metrics (body weight, estimated 1RMs).
Payment and billing information (active gateway, plan currency, subscription/transaction identifiers; processed by Mercado Pago in ARS, Paddle in USD, or Lemon Squeezy for legacy accounts; we do not store full card numbers).
2. Use of Information
We use your personal data to operate the platform and improve your experience, including:
Allow your coach to design and adjust your programs.
Generate progress charts and performance analysis.
Manage your account, authentication, billing, and support.
Send the operational and security notices required for the service.
How your email address is processed for promotional communications is described in section 3. For the full contractual framework, please also see our Terms and Conditions .
3. Email and Communications
The email address associated with your account may be used for communications related to PRG Strength Coach, both operational and commercial, as accepted upon registration on the platform.
Transactional communications: access, verification, billing, material service changes, and security notices.
Promotional communications: product updates, plans, benefits, events, success stories, and informational or commercial material related to the powerlifting ecosystem and the platform.
Opt-out: may request to stop receiving promotional communications at any time by writing to facurogala2@gmail.com from the same email registered on the platform, or via the unsubscribe link included in promotional emails when available.
No assignment to third parties: we do not sell or transfer your email address to third parties so that they may send you advertising unrelated to PRG Strength Coach.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. Your training data is visible only to you and your linked Coach. If you unlink, the Coach's access to your historical data remains unless you request full deletion.
5. Security and App Check
We use Firebase App Check and SSL encryption to ensure that only our official application can access your data. Your passwords are never stored on our servers in readable form (we use Firebase Auth).
6. Your Rights
Under applicable privacy laws (including Argentine law and, where relevant, UK GDPR / EU GDPR), you may:
Access your data and export it.
Rectify incorrect information.
Object to the sending of promotional communications by email.
Request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data (cascade deletion).
Withdraw consent for analytics/ad cookies where the law requires it (see section 7).
Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority if you are in the EEA or UK.
7. Cookies and measurement (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and Microsoft Clarity)
We use cookies and similar technologies to run the site and, only if you accept the cookie banner, to measure visits and marketing campaigns.
Consent cookie (prg_cookie_consent): records whether you accepted measurement cookies. Duration: 1 year.
Language cookie (prg_locale): stores your UI language preference.
Google Analytics 4: Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC process aggregated usage data (page views, signup and subscription events) to analyze product and campaign performance. See Google’s privacy policy for details.
Meta Pixel: Meta Platforms, Inc. receives conversion signals (e.g. completed registration or subscription start) to measure Facebook and Instagram ads when you accepted cookies. Meta data policy: https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/
Microsoft Clarity: Microsoft Corporation records the session (clicks and navigation, with text masked) and receives the same signup and subscription events when you accepted cookies, so we can see how the site is used. Microsoft privacy statement: https://privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement
You can choose “Essential cookies only” to reject measurement cookies, or “Accept all cookies” for Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and Microsoft Clarity. If you do not choose, the banner stays visible; measurement tools run only after you accept. You can clear cookies in your browser; if you remove prg_cookie_consent, the banner will show again.
8. Billing in ARS and USD
We store your payment gateway, subscription status, and currency for your plan (ARS or USD) on your profile. We use this to enable access, prevent duplicate charges across gateways, and sync renewals. Final amounts and receipts are issued by Mercado Pago, Paddle, or Lemon Squeezy; also see Terms and Conditions and Refund policyon independent price lists and informational exchange rates.
9. International transfers
PRG Strength Coach is operated from Argentina. Your data is hosted on Google Firebase (which may process information in the United States and other regions). Payment providers (Mercado Pago, Paddle, legacy Lemon Squeezy) and analytics providers (Google, Meta, Microsoft) may process data abroad under their own policies and standard contractual terms.
