Refund Policy | PRG Strength Coach

1. Product

PRG Strength Coach (https://prgstrength.com) is subscription software (SaaS) sold by Facundo Calabro Segura. Delivery is digital: coach dashboard, planning, analytics, and athlete access within plan limits.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel from account settings. Cancellation stops future charges. Access continues until the end of the paid period, then the account moves to the free tier (up to 3 athletes) unless you subscribe again.

3. Partial refunds and unused time

We do not refund unused time if you cancel mid-cycle, downgrade, or switch between monthly and annual billing. Plan changes require canceling the current subscription and purchasing the new plan at full price on the same gateway and currency, per our Terms and Conditions.

4. ARS, USD, and gaps between price lists

Plans in Argentine pesos (Mercado Pago) and US dollars (Paddle) are separate commercial offers. We do not guarantee permanent equivalence between them and do not refund the “difference” if you compare an ARS amount to a USD amount using market FX or our informational reference on the site.

Approved refunds (e.g. for a proven duplicate charge) are processed in the same currency and gateway as the original charge, subject to Mercado Pago, Paddle, or Lemon Squeezy (legacy) rules.
We do not refund bank fees, card-issuer conversion spreads, or taxes already remitted by the gateway, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Switching from ARS to USD (or vice versa) is not a refundable downgrade—it is a new purchase after the current period ends.

5. Incorrect charges

If you were charged twice or charged in error due to a proven technical fault, email facurogala2@gmail.com. We will work with Mercado Pago or Paddle (Merchant of Record for USD) to correct the charge under applicable consumer law.

6. International payments (Paddle)

International card payments in USD are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited as Merchant of Record. Paddle buyer terms and refund rules may also apply to those transactions.
